Huddersfield’s Chelsea range is our bestselling entry quality. This is a four-season 280g twill, woven with S120's yarns with a luxuriously smooth feel. 

The Chelsea Jacket is made with Australian merino. The construction is a twill, which gives a slight shine to the fabric.

This Chelsea Jacket is 30 hours of pure craftsmanship. It is a Half Canvas jacket, completely made in Shanghai by our tailors skilled and loving hands which also produce men’s suits for prestigious fashion houses. 

We like this construction as the canvas is only running through the chest and lapels, making it feel more robust and comfortable than a fused jacket - yet, also lighter and less structured than a fully canvassed suit. This Chelsea Jacket will, therefore, have a structure and at the same time an elegant fluidity. The canvas fabric also gives the jacket greater durability compared to a fused construction jacket. 

The Neapolitan Trim fit has high armholes, thin shoulder pads and thin sleeve-head pads, which creates a very gentle roped sleeve. The Soft Comfort fit also has thin shoulder pads but it does not have sleeve-head pads; the sleeve head is made with the "spalla camicia" technique (also called "shirt sleeve"), which means the sleeve-head is natural and not roped.

This single breasted 2 buttoned blazer is fully lined and has 2 straight flap pockets, a modern 8cm notch lapel and two back side vents. The chest pocket "Barchetta" is cut with a curve similar to the shape of a boat, which confers harmonious proportions.
