Milestone is a yarn dyed irish linen, with a weight of 208g/m. This suit fabric is available in a range of classic plaid and checks. With a crisp body and softhand feel, this Prince of Wales blazer is manufactured using traditional methods.

This Prince of Wales Blazer is 30 hours of pure craftsmanship. It is a half canvas jacket, made in Shanghai by our tailor's skilled and loving hands. We like the construction of this Prince of Wales Blazer because the canvas only runs through the chest and lapels, making it feel more robust and comfortable than a fused jacket. 
You'll also find it to be lighter and less structured than a fully canvassed suit.

The jacket will, therefore, have structure and an elegant fluidity at the same time. The canvas fabric also gives the jacket greater durability compared to a fused construction jacket. 
 

The Neapolitan Trim fit pictured here has high armholes, high lapel gorge, thin shoulder pads and thin sleeve-head pads which creates a very gentle roped sleeve. The Soft Comfort fit also has thin shoulder pads but it does not have sleeve-head pads and on this specific blazer it has a lower gorge, and a larger lapel (10cm instead of 8,5cm). 
The sleeve-head of the Soft Comfort Fit is made with the "spalla camicia" technique (also called "shirt sleeve"), which means the sleeve-head is natural and not roped.

This single-breasted 3 roll 2 button Prince of Wales blazer is half-lined and has 2 patch pockets, a generous 8,5cm high notch lapel for the Neapolitan fit and two back side vents. The chest pocket "Barchetta" is cut with a curve similar to the shape of a boat which confers harmonious proportions. This blazer comes with handmade milanese lapel buttonholes.

Request dry cleaning at specialist cleaner's only, do not bleach. Do not tumble dry and always iron at a low temperature.
